Mr. Jezowski has over forty years of experience in metal cutting and
still likes to tinker with new things even to this day. He has a long-standing
relationship with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and has worked with
various laboratory student projects that have yielded a number of critical parts. One of
his pet projects recently was to produce components for a deep-sea search robot used to
examine the Titanic. Ramco was also a sponsor for solar car research at MIT. Since the work at Ramco Machine involves primarily complex, miniature milling in small lots, all machine operators are excellent programmers as well. Networking at the plant is highly advanced with all equipment connected through a DNC Net ensuring that a wide variety of programs can be transferred in seconds. As such, the company is currently expanding using superior skills and expertise that create a diverse line of high-quality products in a very short time. |
Mr. Jezowski has been quoted as saying that superior products are derived from superior machines. Mori Seiki products have played a significant role in this regard since Ramco Machine purchased its first Mori Seiki machine, the MV-Junior that was the most advanced vertical machining center at the time, in 1985. He also believes that having a line of equipment made by one manufacturer is best in terms of operation and maintenance as well as service. We are honored that Mr. Jezowski chose Mori Seiki. |

| The Ramco Machine Company started in 1983 with just three engineers. They offered small lot orders and faster, more accurate prototypes than anyone else. In the process, they earned high acclaim and trust from their business associates. Today, the president, Randy Jezowski, with a staff of thirty-two personnel, including two of Mr. Jezowski’s sons manages the company. | ||||
